We are seeking a results-oriented Project Manager with strong capabilities in process design and technology integration. This role is crucial for enhancing operational efficiency, ensuring product quality, and driving standardization in cross-functional collaboration, ensuring business processes operate at an optimal level.
Scope of work:
- Process Optimization & Automation: Lead workflow management projects, mapping end-to-end workflow diagrams to reduce collaboration friction and waste, and utilizing AI or robots to automate or improve manual workload for efficiency.
- System & AI Productization: Design and implement AI-driven solutions for self-service knowledge support and automated classification and reply for external communications, and develop an automated task handling system to centralize and track supplier tasks.
- Standardization & Quality Management: Lead and implement the standardization of supplier quality management, consolidating fragmented processes into a scalable framework, and defining product review rules.
- Data & Reporting: Responsible for delivering Product Efficiency Monthly Reports and Product Request Dashboard Reports, tracking performance metrics, and team speed.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Maintain alignment with RD, BD, AM, and PT teams, ensuring smooth implementation of system and process changes.
Qualification required:
- Proven experience in workflow automation, system optimization, and process standardization.
- Proficient in initiating and implementing GPT-driven solutions and other AI tools for efficiency and standardized support.
- A strong background in Tourism or E-commerce is preferred.
- Possesses data analysis capabilities, superior attention to detail, and an ability to derive insights from reports.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Fluent English and Chinese are a strong asset).
- Strong time management skills and ability to manage concurrent tasks efficiently.
- Possesses great teamwork skills, as well as individual initiative.
- Strong computer skills to include: Google Docs, SAAS, and experience with industry-specific extranets (preferred).
- Must thrive in a challenging and fast-paced environment where prioritizing and multitasking are the norm.
