【About this role】 Uber is looking for a Partnership Specialist to drive business growth through strategic collaborations and offline user acquisition initiatives. You will be responsible for managing BTL projects and identifying new partnership opportunities that enhance Uber's ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a strong project management mindset, negotiation skills, and data-driven approach to optimize performance and maximize impact. 【Responsibilities】 • BTL(Below-the-line) Project Management 1. Collaborate with external agencies to acquire merchants and offline channels for new user acquisition. 2. Oversee campaign performance, ensuring efficiency and ROI optimization. 3. Manage vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and operational execution. Track and analyze key metrics to measure campaign effectiveness. • Strategic Partnerships 1. Identify and engage potential partners that align with Uber’s business objectives. 2. Lead partnership discussions, including negotiations and campaign execution (including CRM material coordination, copywriting). 3. Working with internal teams (e.g. Product/Engineering) and external partners to streamline trip request process and enhance online/offline brand visibility. 4. Develop and execute co-marketing initiatives to drive user awareness and adoption 【 We are looking for】 • 3+ years of full-time work experience in partnerships, operation project management, or related fields. • Fluency in English and Mandarin is required. • Proficiency in SQL and Excel to analyze performance data and generate insights. • Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
