Introduction to the job
The main scope will be mainly focus Manufactory cost accounting by
Analyzing and managing costs associated with production process, including labor, materials, and overhead, by tracking variances between standard costs and actual production costs, identifying areas for cost reduction, and providing detailed reports to explain the variance and improvement suggestion
Execute and Handle report preparation include month end KPI reporting and analysis
Others:
As Value stream controlling and support to do check and review of Purchase order to ensure requirement is within budget and policy
Main Role and responsibilities
Cost analysis:
Analyze and interpret production costs to identify variances between standard costs and actual costs across different production lines and products.
Variance investigation:
Investigate the causes of cost variances, including changes in material prices, labor efficiency, and production methods, and propose corrective actions.
Standard cost setting:
Establish and maintain standard costs for materials, labor, and overhead to use as a benchmark for cost control
Value stream Reporting :
Consolidate Value stream Product cost and related financial reporting
Education and experience
BA/BS in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting with CPA and/or MBA, preferred
Have > 5 years relevant experience in Finance roles, in large-size international industrial companies, preferably in complex technology businesses
Preferred advanced SAP, TAX, SOX & GAAP knowledge
Cost accounting, budgeting control, and operations experience is preferable
Track record in financial and business control at business unit, divisional or group level
Skills
