工作內容
We seek an experienced, detail-oriented payroll manager/assistant manager to join our team at UNIQLO Taiwan. As a payroll manager/assistant manager, you will oversee all aspects of payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely payments of employees at our organisation. You will also collaborate with various departments to gather and validate payroll information, resolve payroll discrepancies and provide exceptional service to our employees. We value our employees and offer competitive benefits, attractive pay packages, a positive work environment and opportunities for professional growth. 【Job Description】 ・Employee salary, bonus, insurance, income tax calculation and verification. ・Staff attendance management, new hire and resignation related operations. ・Insurance-related operations. ・Prepare reports to assist in the planning, implementation and optimization of HR policies. ・Cross-functional communication and coordination. ・Maintenance and optimization of HR related systems and daily business processes. ・Other project assistance of the department.
條件要求
英文 -- 聽 /中等、說 /中等、讀 /中等、寫 /中等
・Bachelor’s degree in human resources, accounting, finance, or a related field. ・3+ years of experience in payroll management or a similar accounting role at a multinational company. ・In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, labour laws, taxation and statutory compliance in Taiwan. ・Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing complex payroll calculation data. ・Good organisational and time management skills to meet strict payroll deadlines and manage multiple priorities. ・Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organisation. ・High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. ・Resourceful and self-motivated with ability to work in high-speed changing environments. ・Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. ・Verbal and written communication skill in both Mandarin and English/Japanese. ・Passionate about service. ・Agree with UNIQLO’s business philosophy and brand spirit.
