工作內容
**此為短期至8/31派遣職缺** **歡迎將履歷投遞至maggie.huang@adecco.com** 【工作內容】 1. Provide new computer setup and support Assist helpdesk with computers, software and operating system installation for both Windows and Mac, Mobile Device Management (MDM), and account configuration to ensure employee can quickly start work, especially as there are projected to be 20 Management Trainees (MTs), as well as many interns and new hires expected to start within the next month. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve common IT issues Enter request & incident information into ticket system (Service SNOW), and support IT helpdesk to deal with common issues such as password resets, network connectivity issues, printer maintenance & troubleshooting, and software issues with friendly and clear solutions, to help resolve tickets within SLA guidelines. 3. Updating of internal documentation Development, testing, and implementation of new standard operating procedures, to increase efficiency and problem resolution procedures. 4. Project Infra support Installation, configuration, and testing of Project infrastructure scope. 5. Assist with IT inventory management Supporting IT equipment lending, return and maintenance to ensure equipment is in good working order, as well as collaboration between third party vendors as needed. 6. Support IT document organization and filing Supporting user manuals and operating guides to improve IT service efficiency. 7. Instructions and teaching Teaching newcomers in orientation and upskilling session classes, as well as giving instructions to the proper usage and operation of new software that may be unfamiliar to any users. 8. Assistance with other ad-hoc tasks Any and all tasks that pertain to technology, reasonable, and within scope of the IT Department.
