Responsibility - Responsible for test system / hardware (probe card/ load board) qualification, and release to the final/wafer factory. - Production test program implementation and management - Online debugging when test related issues happening in the production - Product test yield, QA test first-time right, test efficiency and OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency) improvement. - FT Product's hold lot disposition, yield analysis and improvement. - Sustaining product interface boards, test hardwares (probe card/ load board). - SOP(Standard Operating Procedures), OCAP(Out of Control Action Plan) documents determination and establishment. - Automation adoption, Simplify the existed complicate manual works, make them automatic, moving toward to the smart factory. Example, automation tool development, Innovative AI module development. Minimum Qualifications - Within 2 years working experience in related field. - Good at English Reading & Writing. - Good at Communicating & Cooperating with others. - Basic knowledge of electronic circuit. - Basic knowledge of Electricity meter & Oscilloscope. - Coordination ability. - Team works. Preferred Qualifications - Master's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering related is a plus. - C/C++/ Linux / Java programming language. - Have good logistic and positive thinking.
