工作內容
Job Description <Product Engineer> 1. Manage project and handle the NPI schedule to meet customer's requirement. 2. Discuss new product spec, and roadmap with customer and internal department directly. 3. Coordinate with internal department and drive the development schedule. 4. Regular meeting with customer and present project status. 5. Make new product release to mass production smoothly. Skills 1.Strong technical problem-solving and analytical skills 2.Excellent spoken communication skills <R&D Engineer> 1.DFA(design for process/manufacture/Assembly...) 2.Module new technology research and development 3.Module new process study and future application capability 4.IP study and innovation of advanced module technology Skills：AutoCAD、AutoCad 2D、AutoCad 3D、SolidWorks Requirements • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Chemistry related fields • English: Intermediate level (listening, speaking, reading, writing) Compensation & Benefits • Salary: Negotiable (actual salary will be determined based on education, field of study, relevant experience, certifications, special skills, and language proficiency; senior positions are negotiable)
