About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and curious professional to join our team. his hybrid role covers Payroll & HR Operations, Employer Branding, and End-to-End Recruitment. You will work in a fast-paced environment that values autonomy, continuous learning, and impact-driven execution.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll & HR Operations (40%)
Manage monthly payroll using the Apollo system, in conjunction with Microsoft Office tools for data processing and documentation.
Handle labor insurance and National Health Insurance enrollment and withdrawal procedures.
Conduct monthly salary calculations and ensure accuracy in all payroll-related outputs.
Process personnel status changes and maintain accurate employee records.
Continuously review and optimize HR-related workflows for improved efficiency and compliance.
Employer Branding & Communications (40%)
Develop and manage content for the company’s LinkedIn account to strengthen our employer brand.
Monitor and analyze website traffic and SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics (GA) and Google Search Console (GSC).
Research and coordinate external events, government resources, and employer branding opportunities to boost company visibility.
End-to-End Recruitment (20%)
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, interviews, and offer handling.
Conduct initial HR screenings and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and teams.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS), ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
Familiar with Taiwan labor regulations or holds a Class B Employment Service Technician License (就業服務乙級證照).

Experience managing LinkedIn content or employer branding campaigns.
