- Job mission · Work as regional product management manager and collaborate with account sales manager locally to setup and execute new ebeam inspection & metrology product penetration strategy. Marketing role -Understanding customer technology roadmap, Defect Inspection & Metrology market technical requirements and report back to product marketing team -Competition intelligence collection and assessment Education · Above BS degree in Physical Sciences, Optics, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mathematics etc. Experience · More than 6 years working experiences in semiconductor industry related field including but not limited to ebeam metrology and defect inspection system · Engineering or marketing experiences on defect inspection and metrology is preferred · Experience in project management and customer engagement strategy is bonus Personal Skills : · Ebeam or optical metrology knowledge, eBeam inspection knowledge, and Semiconductor process knowledge is needed · Motivated, pro-active, self-driven, and flexible. · Good coordination skills and communications skills. · Good documentation skills. · Multi-task player and good ability to work under different working environment pressures. · Good team player and committed to the success of ASML. · Good customer communication skills. This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.).
